As one of the largest services provided by the Council and the HSCP, the Care at Home service plays a critical role in enabling individuals to remain at home in a way that promotes their wellbeing, dignity, privacy, respect and personal choices.
The Care at Home Service is embarking on a service redesign to facilitate the modernisation of the service and ensure that it is well placed to meet the future needs of service users its staff.
As Service Development & Quality Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Service Development & Quality Manager in developing and implementing a programme plan underpinned by detailed project plans that support the redesign of the service.
