Shift Pattern: working over 7 days, including weekends, a combination of early shift and back shift, in accordance with a roster.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community Council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement use IT, and you should have an interest and understanding of IT programmes.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.
You will be required to work in accordance with a roster which includes early shift, back shift, and weekends, and will be required to work a shift pattern. Additional increments for working unsocial hours will also apply.
South Lanarkshire Council will provide and fund all required training including induction and ongoing learning and development.
