Thursday to Sunday 17.45 pm – 03.00 am (Post 2)
We are looking for ways to improve, evolve and advance our service and to support our communities. We are looking for a Community Warden (Investigative Support) to join our Anti-Social Behaviour team to promote the development of safe and inclusive communities.
You would be required to patrol estates on foot, identifying problems and assisting in improving neighbourhood environments by reporting problems of anti-social behaviour such as graffiti, litter, abandoned cars, repairs etc. You will also adopt a proactive approach in identifying issues within a neighbourhood area including participating in CCTV monitoring, responding and reporting whilst ensuring that legislative compliance is achieved and maintained in respect of CCTV including the Data Protection Act and all other relevant legislation.
You will work and develop relationships with local communities, police, local authorities and other relevant agencies and will be a key partner in developing and ensuring local service standards.
You should be confident in dealing with members of the public and demonstrate previous experience of working in a customer focused environment. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
We operate a two shift working pattern
Tuesday to Friday 10.00 am – 19.15 pm and Thursday to Sunday 17.45 pm – 03.00 am which you must be able to fully participate in.
