An exciting opportunity for a Fieldwork Manager with responsibility for Emergency Social Work Services (ESWS) and Quality Assurance has arisen.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled leader and manager with experience at a senior management level covering Child Protection, Adult Protection and all duties associated with public protection. You will be responsible for the day to day management of ESWS as well as responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance and performance reporting for ESWS as well as standards across the service. Where relevant chairing Child Protection and Adult Protection Case Conferences providing resilience and cover for localities across South Lanarkshire.
The successful candidate will be an effective leader, be committed to delivering high performing services and have demonstrated an ability to embrace innovation. You will have strong management, communication and interpersonal skills and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
The successful candidate must hold a degree or equivalent in Social Work and be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. Evidence of continuous professional development and post qualifying in relevant social work qualifications is desirable.
