Hourly rate between £12.76 – £13.80.
We are currently recruiting casual/sessional peripatetic Sheltered Housing Supervisors.
The Sheltered Housing Supervisors provide practical and personal care for the sheltered housing tenants. They also have responsibility for the communal maintenance, security and supervision of the premises.
The supervisors also arrange activities and encourage the tenant to maintain their independence and promote their involvement in the wider community.
The post also provides assistance to the Community Alarm team and the Care at Home teams within various locations throughout West Dunbartonshire.
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.
Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
