Service Manager – Childrens Residential Permanent

Service manager for a group of childrens residential homes in Merseyside – salary negotiable

I am looking to recruit an experienced residential / senior manager with a background in residential childcare, the successful applicant will be offered the job of service manager for a group of childrens home in Merseyside, they will be required to directly line manage the current registered managers and help the company develop a forward thinking strategy to maximise the potential of existing services.

You will be responsible for engaging with Ofsted, safeguarding and external agencies. The role is full time, Monday to Friday and you will be required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week including some on call. The salary for this role is negotiable.

To be considered for this job you must meet the below criteria

• Recognised Social Work/Care qualification and a level 5 leadership and management
• Experience of Ofsted requirements and policies
• 3+ years management experience in childrens residential homes
• Full UK driving license and own car
