Adults Residential Home – Learning Disabilities
Role: Service Coordinator
Salary: £20,900 per annum (plus sleep in rate and enhanced weekend rate)
Earning with sleep ins: £22,820 per annum (based on one sleep per week) + enhanced weekend rate

They focus on individuals with mental health diagnosis and /or Learning Disability with any associated care needs. Along with associated conditions.
Your new role
We are currently looking for a service co-ordinator, to support the manager and deputy manager within the residential Learning Disability service, this is a residential 7 bedded home in Stroud (currently 5 residents).
This is a senior role, with the following responsibilities
· Day to day management of the residential home.
· Creating, monitoring and covering Rota’s.
· Daily & weekly auditing.
· Staff management on shift and on Rota.
· Supporting as part of shift Rota & Office time.
· Holding timely team meetings, supervisions, probation reviews and all necessary training monitoring.
· Liaising with healthcare professional to support residents.
· Leading by example at all times – showing initiative and progression.
· Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
· Maintaining paperwork in line with CQC regulations and managing specific tasks.
This role is a mixture of hands on work with the residents, as well as office/ administrative tasks. You will be required to work a mixture of earlies, lates and mid shifts.
Sleep ins will also be required, roughly 1 per week.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a proactive, confident and friendly Service Coordinator to join our clients team, to continue to offer an independent care approach to the residents.
The role will be varied and interesting, the ideal candidates will be required to have the skills and knowledge and experience of working within a similar setting.
You will ideally hold the NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards this/ willing to complete.
A driving license is preferable, but not essential.
You must be computer literate, a long with strong verbal and written communication skills
What you’ll get in return
In return for your full commitment to this role, you will receive a salary of £20,900 per annum, plus additional sleep in rate and enhanced weekend rate.
Sleep in rate: £40 per night
Saturday – extra 75p per hour
Sunday – extra £1.00 per hour.
