ASIST is a dynamic and inclusive support service which provide holistic day support for adults with learning and physical disabilities and/or autism.
We work within the National Care Standards framework and work towards implementing the outcomes recommended in the Keys to Life Strategy. We ensure that all the people we support have full participation and meaningful inclusion with their life choices and goals.
We need an enthusiastic individual to join us as full time Senior Support Workers based at ASIST, Dunoon.
You should be passionate about holistic support and have firm ethics to ensure that the people we support have full, inclusive and outcome focussed lives. Some of the people we support require complex support to maintain that approach.
The successful candidate must have extensive skills in a caring or support role/and in depth experience of team management and the running of a day support or equivalent SCSWIS registered service.
