Senior Support Worker job, Hull. £9.50 an hour Adult Learning Disabilities.
Your new company
You will be joining a company that supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within residential and supported living settings as a Team Leader. You will work in a small supported living service of 1-3 residents.
Your new role
Working 35 hours a week, reporting in to the registered manager, you will lead a small staff team to ensure that the client has excellent standards of person-centred care. You will be responsible for developing care plans, supervising and training staff. liaising with external agencies and her family to best support your clients in their daily life. You will lead by example, be enthusiastic in your approach to your own and your team’s professional development, be open and honest with a clear passion for care and support.
