Senior Residential Support Worker/Practitioner (Bromley) Permanent

Your new company
Our client is a foster service who are opening 2 new residential homes in SE9 and SE12. The service supports young people 16+ with complex needs.

Your new role
Your job is to assist the Registered Manager and Deputy in managing the Home to provide a safe and positive living experience for the resident young people.
You will also liaise with, inform, and carry out delegated tasks, as required by, Directors, the Registered Manager and Deputy, and to liaise with all other group personnel.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must have:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a residential children’s setting
• Hold an NVQ L4, or L3 ideally working towards L4
