To support and influence improvements in performance for the operational effectiveness for Health and Social Care Moray development and inspection arrangements.
To support the strategic planning of Health and Social Care Moray in the context of integrated service delivery
At least 2 years in a senior information management role
Experience in the provision, development and delivery of performance reports.
Experience of working in a performance and project discipline
Experience in a multiagency environment
Experience in supporting an organisations strategic planning function Educated to degree level or equivalent experience along with additional specialist training and experience.
Evidence of continuing professional development

Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to present information at all levels within the organisation
Self- confident and self- motivated
Data preparation for business intelligence; business objects; expert in standard IT packages (specifically Excel functionality)

Sharing & teaching skills in information management & systems development; written & oral communication skills to effectively present complex and sensitive data.
