Working primarily from partner offices and service delivery sites across Dundee, you will work up to 18.5 hours a week, on a temporary basis until June 2024.

You will be responsible for the development of policies and professional practice in support of the partnership’s strategic direction; for monitoring and evaluating performance; for supporting and managing change in all areas to ensure continuous improvement; and for leading on the strategic development of Health and Social Care Services. The focus of this post will be to lead and co-ordinate the implementation of the 10 Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards in Dundee. The postholder will work with the designated MAT standard Leads, and with the MAT Implementation Group, to progress, monitor and report the implementation of the standards. The postholder will ensure that progress with the implementation of MAT standards is directly and regularly informed by experiential data gathered from individuals using services, carers and frontline staff. The postholder will lead on the preparation and presentation of reports detailing progress with implementation to the Scottish Government (on a quarterly basis); to the ADP and to COG. The postholder will co-ordinate (working jointly with Information Intelligence colleagues) the submission of all information (including numerical data/ experiential data/ and case studies) to inform the annual national benchmarking assessment for MAT implementation.
You will have experience of developing and improving performance management information systems and business processes and producing and using management information reports and datasets. You will also have experience of interrogating and reporting from relational databases, working to set deadlines and partnership working.
You will be IT competent, especially in the use of Excel reports, have knowledge of Crystal, Business Objects or similar software and be able to produce, analyse and present management information in appropriate policy contexts.
You will also have good numerical, communication and presentation skills. Effective organisational skills with proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines are also essential.
