Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Performance and Business Intelligence team within Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership. The postholder will support services to undertake service evaluations and to consult and engage with service users, carers and staff. They will also help manage the social work external research process, liaising between HSCP services and potential researchers who wish to access social work service users, staff, or data. The postholder will also have specific responsibilities in relation to Adult Support and Protection (ASP), providing planning, evaluation and performance management support to the HSCP and partners. Applicants must have excellent analytical and numerical skills, as well as well developed written and verbal communication skills. An understanding of research methodologies and tools and would be desirable as would an awareness of the current Health and Social Care agenda and Adult Support and Protection policy and processes.
