You will be involved in supporting a team of staff who provide Care & Support Services in Housing with Care complexes to frail older people. As such you should have experience of working with frail older people in a care setting. You will assist the HWC Manager in organising and managing personal, practical and domestic services. You will be responsible for preparing staff rotas and supervising staff in order to deliver an efficient and effective front line service.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills, including knowledge of financial procedures within a care setting. In addition you will have the ability to communicate and manage time effectively and be able to work on your own initiative and as a member of a busy team.
Competence in the use of Information Technology is essential.
You should possess an SVQ3 or an SVQ2 and be willing to undertake an SVQ3. An appropriate Health or Social Care qualification will be considered.
You will work 35 hours per week.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
