We are currently recruiting experienced, professional and highly motivated individuals to join our centralised home support service. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for operational service delivery within your local community. Your role with include developing and implementing plans, policies and procedures, monitoring quality assurance and leading, directing and deployment of home support resources which meet the needs of people living in North Lanarkshire.
To apply for these vacancies you must currently hold a HNC, SVQ3 in Social Care or a degree in a relevant discipline, successful applicants must also commit to undertake training to achieve SVQ level 4 in line with registration requirements. Applicants must also have extensive experience working in home support, social work or care management within a community based setting.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role and you must be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
