Your new role

• Under the supervision of the Senior Data Analyst, you will lead a team of administrators and volunteers to provide reception cover, clinical and data administration, and general office and premises management.
• You will ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission and Health & Safety standards.
• You will oversee the quality assurance of office systems, data and recording requirements, and the production and safe management of controlled stationery, including the generation of prescriptions.
• You will be required as appropriate to record and input client data and information in order that the service operates to contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
• You will develop effective administration systems to support the overall performance of the service in meeting contractual targets, and identify areas of improvement in service processes.
• Ultimately the post will contribute to providing service users with quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines, and achieve high professional standards.
• There is an expectation that the post holder will provide a degree of flexibility and if required will work across a number of operational sites to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
• There may be a requirement for occasional evening or weekend working.
• You will be expected to take responsibility for your personal development, identify personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.

• Must have worked within a social care/healthcare setting in an administration role
• Excellent MS packages
