Community Fire Station, Perth
Safer Communities Wardens are uniformed staff who provide a service to communities between 10am and 10 pm daily. They work a shift system.
The role expects the wardens to work with partners to develop problem-orientated solutions to community problems.
These include
Anti Social Behaviour
Youth Issues
Environmental Crimes
Visitor Management
They also visit vulnerable people in their own homes, carry out school talks and attend community meetings
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working with others to develop creative solutions.
Strong work ethic.
Flexible approach.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Excellent communication skills.
