Responsible Individual for Children’s home in Gloucester – Up to £60,000

Your new company

Your new role
You will be part of the opening of a new home and ensuring that the residential services are maintained and delivered to the highest possible standards in line with children’s home regulations, quality and standards and the organisations policies and procedures. Taking accountability as Ofsted Registered Responsible Individual for your specific homes.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations; Quality Standards; Childcare Legislation; Ofsted guidelines including inspection framework.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and young people services equivalent.
