Shift work including evenings, nights, sleep-ins and weekends – Rota basis
£13.84 per hour, basic pay rate
Premium pay rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays from £17.99 – £27.67 per hour

Immediate start dates available Requirements:
Degree Qualified within teaching, youth work or other relevant discipline is highly desirable
A driving licence is an essential requirement (unless a medical reason prevents this)
Previous experience within a Health & Social Care Trust would be highly advantageous
Has a proven track record of effective leadership and management of a service in residential childcare, health and/or social care/youth justice/education
Effective communicator
Strong organisational & time management skills
NISCC registration essential
Fully IT Literate

Assist in the provision of safe, effective person – centred, compassionate care
Maintain the confidentiality of all information, regarding service users at all times
Report and accurately record all activities undertaken
Accountability for safeguarding children and young people from potential risks and harm
Ensuring that children and young people are cared for in every element of their lives
Being understanding through meaningful, non-judgemental relationships and respect the dignity, wishes and beliefs of all service users
