Relief Support Worker – Cardiff (Marshfield), – Bank/Adhoc Shifts
My client is a large, not for profit organisation that has settings all over Wales and beyond. They are currently in need of Relief Support Workers to cover bank shifts in one of their services just outside of Cardiff in the Marshfield area.
It is a service that works to support service users with learning disabilities and complex health needs and works to give care around the clock to allow individuals to live as fully as possible.
We are looking for people who can make a real difference on a daily basis to all the individuals we support. You will be empathetic and caring with a strong work ethic who can also think outside the box.
You will need to have a positive outlook and be able to get stuck in to work quickly and easily. Previous experience in a similar setting is essential, sue to the fast paced nature of the setting, you must be able to hit the ground running.
As well as this, PBM training is desirable, but not essential, due to the complex health needs of the service users.
