Your duties will include assisting in attending to the social, emotional and physical needs of adults with support needs so that each person is enabled to live as fulfilling and independent a life as possible.
You should have good interpersonal skills, experience of working with people with support needs, care planning and SVQ ll in Care (or equivalent). In the absence of this you must have the ability to undertake and achieve this qualification 36 months after registration with the SSSC. You will work as part of a team on a shift basis.
This role requires the wearing and use of PPE.
The hourly rate stated above is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
