Job Description

Grianan and Carloway Day Centres require staff to cover periods of annual leave and sickness absence.  You will provide domestic assistance in the Day Centre, with particular responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the Day Centre, to the standard necessary for the health and safety of service users.

Requirements

You should have experience of cleaning, preferably to a schedule or in a work setting and an understanding of the rights of older people.

Hours on an as and when required basis. Please indicate on your application whether you wish to be considered for Carloway, Grianan or both Day Centre’s.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
