Requirements

You will have the minimum of 5 National 4s, or equivalent, including Maths and English, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

You will provide an effective and efficient lettings service to ensure all applicants and tenants are rehoused appropriately in accommodation which meets the relet standard and minimises void periods.

The Individual

You will have the ability to undertake void inspections, have an experience of delivering a customer focussed service face to face and have effective written and oral communication and organisational skills.

You will be able to work as part of a team and be flexible to meet the needs of the customers and the organisation.

You will be able to work evenings/weekends, if required.
