Children’s registered manager wanted in Levenhulme, Lancashire with level 5 Qualification in management
Your new company
Our Client is newly established children’s home in levenshulme, Lancashire with plans to open their first home in January and plan to open another home after a year. The home will is very modern as the client owns a number of properties which they plan to convert into children homes.
Your new role
Your role will involve you making sure the home kept to a high standard according to Ofsted regulations. You will be trusted to act with accordance to the homes core objectives of providing children with the best care possible. Daily tasks will include co-coordinating with staff to insure best practices are followed and staff are fully being utilised. You will take responsibility of insure that all paper work is up to date and all the correct procedures are being followed. You must also be able to lead the team, act in a role model capacity and be able to access all risks that may affect the home.
What you’ll need to succeed
Preferable a register manager with 1-2 years experience would be sought after but your application would also be considered if you are in a deputy manager role with relevant years of experience. As this is a registered manager role, a suitable candidate should have a level 5 qualification in management. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a children home and have clear understanding of Ofsted ratings
