Hays Social Care are recruiting a Registered Manager for a 4 bed home for Adults with learning difficulties
Your new company
You will be join an excellent, forward thinking and family run organisation that provide residential for adults with learning difficulties in Swansea. Due to recent development, they require a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a 4 bed home. You will become part of a wider team of managers that manage other homes in the region and be supported by a strong team of directors. You will be given the freedom and autonomy to provide the very best care to all service users within your home.
Your new role
As the registered manager, you will become the face of the home and someone that all individuals will look up to. You will guide, mentor and develop your staffing team to provide the best best levels of care and promote an independent lifestyle to all service users. Your up to date knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Wales & Social Care Wales guidelines will ensure excellent running of the home to an outstanding standard on a consistent basis.
