Your new company
Your company is one of the largest UK providers of Specialist Education and Residential Services for children and young people. They embrace the therapeutic model to get the best potential from the young people.

Your new role
You will be the Registered Manager and you will be supporting up to 4 children. There is a team of 12 staff and a Deputy. The Home has a CQC rating of ‘Good’.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need enthusiasm, passionate and an innovative leader. You will have experience working in a children’s residential home and you have a NVQ Level 5.
