Registered Manager – Derby Permanent

Our client is going through a period of growth with new management structure, still with the needs of the children and young people at the heart of the service. We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Registered Manager to manage the opening of a new service in Derby.

Duties Include:

• Managing individual and team performance
• Ensuring all expenditure is monitored, controlled, and accounted for
• Planning, reviewing, and designing care plans
• Ensuring all practice is conforms to statutory requirements
• Staff development
• Managing rotas
• Supervision and appraisals
• Maintaining the homes to the highest standards
• Supporting staff through Diploma 3/4 level qualifications and in-house training

What you’ll need to succeed

• Level 5 QCF Leadership & Management
• 2 years minimum experience in the residential sector
