Your new role
You will working as a Registered Manager of a new provision, managing a 6 bedroom home for 3-young people. You will be leading a team to provide quality care by managing day to day operations with in the home, creating a culture centred around the development of children, maintaining high quality standards of care and service that are delivered to regulations and company standards.

This home is a therapeutic home, you will be leading the team in offering emotional and physical care, within a home that offers a safe, nurturing environment. This is an opportunity to put your stamp on a blank canvas, with a brand new opening of a home.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Registered Manager who has a strong background of successfully managing or deputy managing a residential children’s care home.

You must have experience of working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will have a qualifications, a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent, Young people and families Practitioner.
