Registered Manager for two Adult Residential Services in the Sheffield Area (with Level 5 Qualification)
I am working with a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. They aim to support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in residential care. Due to a recent restructuring an experienced Registered Manager is required to oversee two Adult Residential Services in the Sheffield Area.
You will be overseeing a 7-bed service and a 4-bed service supporting individuals requiring various levels of support around both learning difficulties, mental health and other diagnosis. Providing individuals with practical and emotional support, enabling them to have fulfilled lives, gain further independence and achieve positive outcomes.

As well as a salary in the region of £28 – 30k you will be joining a national organisation run like a family business with a genuine desire to train and develop staff. Monday – Friday, c. 37 – 40 hours per week, some flexibility may be required to meet staffing needs. Full driving licence and transport is required due to the distance between the residences.
