Registered Manager Adult Learning and Physical Disabilities – Andover with travel to sites – £38-42k
Your new company
My client is leading charity based organisation who support service users with learning and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. They offer a number of services from Care at home to Supported living in flats owned and operated by the charity.
Your new role
Working closely with the Director of Care the Registered Manager you will lead the care at home and supported living services. These include 2 services based in Andover and Alton which include supported living flats and supported living care. The care provided at these services ranges from 24/7 through to packages of care provided each day. There is also a support to live domiciliary style care service you will oversee based locally to Andover head office.
You will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues across the organisation, external agencies and friends you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Registered Manager with experience of Adult Learning and physical disabilities and delivery of person-centred services. You will ideally hold your level Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care with a willingness to start working towards a level 7 within 2 years of appointment.
You will have demonstrable experience of CQC inspections with successful outcomes and be able to manage change and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Any experience of domiciliary services would be advantageous but residential managers would also be desirable as there is a mix of care delivered.
