Hays Social Care are working alongside a well known provider in Gloucestershire to bring you this exciting management opportunity.
The provider specialise in supported living services for service users with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Your new role
As the Registered Manager you will hold the registration for the company with one direct report. You will ensure all 20 services are meeting CQC requirements and exceeding service users expectations.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have an excellent track record of managing multi-site services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
You will have experience in managing change with positive outcomes and ensure that service users are at the forefront of everything you do.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive an excellent salary up to 36K per annum dependent on experience with 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
You will be predominantly office based, however visits to the services will be required.
You will report directly into the area manager with clear progression opportunities
Business development will play a key factor in ensuring the business continue to grow, outlining your own progression.
