Your new role
You will assist the Director to strategically grow the business. To lead, develop and motivate the staff to deliver a first class service. To run the basis on a day-to-day basis and to be able to manage financial budgets.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have NVQ Level 3 and be willing to study for NVQ Level 5. and you will need 2+ years experience as a Home Care Manager/Deputy Manager
