Registered Manager Full Time

A fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to manage a Residential Home for Elderly Adults.

Your new company

Hays Social Care are recruiting a Registered Manager to join a well-established organisation that values providing the best care and support to elderly adults. You will be joining a service currently rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, including budgeting, staff management and recording accurate information in the resident’s daybook. You will be working closely with the Directors to ensure high standards of care are delivered to the residents.

What you’ll need to succeed

A Level 5 Health and Social Care Management qualification, or a willingness to work towards is essential. You will be a confident and committed leader with great communication skills. Experience of working with elderly adults in dementia is desirable.

What you’ll get in return
