Registered Manager – Adults Learning Difficulties – Social Care – Supported Living

Your new role
As the Registered Manager of this organisation, you will be responsible for managing and leading teams to provide support that enables the people they care for to achieve the outcomes of their individual Person Centred Plans and the aims and objectives of the service.
You will be carrying out all aspects of the role within the guidance of the Organisation’s vision, mission, ethos and values, enabling the people they support to maximise their independence, choice and control, acting as a role model and practice leader to the teams.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven history of working in a senior / managerial position for at least 2 years prior to this position and have a demonstrated history of working within the adults learning difficulties specialism. A level 5 NVQ in leadership and management is essential as you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of colleagues to ensure that they are providing the highest levels of care possible.
A strong drive and commercial acumen is also vital as you will be expected to put your own stamp on the business upon joining and be a driving force in moving the organisation forward and into further success.
What you’ll get in return
A salary of between £28,000 – £33,000 will be offered to the successful candidate, depending on their experience, as well as a great benefits package.
