Your new role
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for both the domiciliary care provided to the on-site retirement apartments and managing the in-village care home. As the Registered Manager you are expected to be able to manage a varied workload dealing with many aspects of the business including finance, health and safety, recruitment, business development, HR and all aspects of staff management.
What you’ll need to succeed
5+ Years Registered Manager experience. Preferably this will be with both domiciliary residential however candidates with just residential will be considered.
An excellent track record and the drive and ambition to motivate and lead the team effectively.
The client is also looking for a proven plan to help to retain and recruit staff, this is something Hays Social Care can help with given our experience in filling vacancies within the social care sector.
