We’re seeking a Registered Manager to lead a well-established 55-bed residential care home in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive provider committed to excellence in elderly care—and to really make your mark.
🧩 Your role will include:

Taking full responsibility for the home’s operational and care performance
*
Leading, inspiring, and developing a dedicated care team
*
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
*
Driving occupancy, community engagement, and a positive culture
*
Managing budgets, audits, and staffing in a person-centred environment
✅ What we're looking for:
*
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a larger home, ready to step up
*
Proven track record in residential elderly care
*
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
*
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
*
A passion for quality, dignity and delivering the best outcomes
