Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 per annum – Depending on qualifications and experience
*Negotiable for the right candidate – Plus bonus scheme*
Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 hour per week.

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to play a critical role ensuring that both the residents and colleagues feel supported every single day.
You will be responsible for organising the professional delivery of care to 35 residents building strong team leaders and develop local partnerships with key care professionals furthermore the role will involve, focusing upon occupancy rates and managing budgets.
You will also be responsible for managing the internal team ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to and in line with the highest standards for our resident’s safety and care.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you will need experience of working in a care setting at a senior/supervisory level coupled with strong leadership and coaching skills.
You will have proven experience in enabling older people to live later life well and enhancing their wellbeing. Instinctively you will feel a personal alignment to our company values and you will possess a wealth of experience within the care sector. You will be a positive team player who will deliver on our strategy and drive change with enthusiasm and innovation.
