Regional Manager needed for an adult service in Northamptonshire

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + £5,800 car allowance

Your new role

Taking overall operational responsibility for several services across the South-East Midlands region which could include residential, supported living, days services and outreach services. The regional manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of excellence across all operational services in their area and ensuring that they are managed to a consistently high standard, so the service users in their care are safe and enabled to fulfil their potential and lead full lives.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in improving service quality and delivering high quality services
• Previous Registered Manager experience (essential)
• Previous Operational Manager experience (preferred)
• Hold a Full Clean UK Driving License
