The provider specialise in supporting both adults and children with learning disabilities and complex needs. They currently operate over 100 high quality schools, colleges and homes where they focus on making a real and lasting difference for everyone they support.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and proactive care professional to take on the challenge of managing the ongoing development and maintenance of Ofsted registered children’s homes for young people across Herefordshire.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have significant experience of working at a management level within a variety of provisions for young people and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of social, emotional, mental health, emotional behavioural and learning difficulties.
