Birmingham City Council is one of the largest councils in Europe, with an ageing and growing population. we are seeing an increased need for the Qualified Social Workers.

Your new role Due the growth Hays are looking to recruit qualified social workers for their community teams. You will responsible
In this position you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have recently worked as a qualified Adults Social Worker with experience in keeping and maintaining accurate records. You will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable to pick up new and existing cases. It is imperative that you have an in depth understanding and be able to manage any challenges with appropriate methods which will vary from case to case.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you will require a Social Work qualification (BA Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, CSS or CCETSW approved equivalent). It is also essential that you have a current professional registration and have a minimum of 2-5 yrs experience working with adults in a Social Worker position.
