Stirling Council’s Housing Service is seeking an experienced housing professional to fulfil a senior role within the Property & Private Sector Housing Team to ensure the delivery of the core day to day delivery of services, achieving the Service Plan objectives and outcomes and to the required customer service standards.
The post-holder will have direct reports as directed by management and will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to teams within the service to ensure changes are embedded and benefits realised. Predominate work stream areas will be Care & Repair, Scheme of Assistance, Owner Management, Energy Efficiency / Fuel Poverty.
The post-holder will monitor outputs across the Property & Private Sector Housing Team and provide analysis of data to support the management team with monitoring, budgeting, returns, FOI requests and other Council orientated reports and assist in the preparation of Service Delivery Plans and Work Plans.
Knowledge and experience of private sector housing legislative requirements will be essential to ensure Stirling Council’s strategic objectives are achieved and achieve the high standard of customer service and outcomes.
