This post is based in the Rosemount Crisis Intervention Service. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be part of a team that provides comprehensive and holistic support packages to young people and families who have been assessed as presenting a high level of need and risk. We are looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic practitioners to support families across North Ayrshire, delivering a range of interventions that incorporate parenting advice & guidance, family work, and individual sessions with young people, to maintain children and young people within their family homes. The service is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and we are committed to strengths-based and innovative practice that seeks to empower families, reducing the need for children to become looked after and accommodated. You must be able to work irregular hours in the evenings and at weekends. A 6% unsocial hours payment is included to reflect the unsocial hours working pattern.
