This is an exciting opportunity to join the Service Access team as part of a new “whole family approach initiative” to provide early intervention and preventative support to young people and families who are impacted on by drug and alcohol use. The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work/Youth Work/Community Education or Equivalent. Reporting to the Team Manager and based in Bridgegate House you will support families at the earliest opportunity to address issues relating to drug and alcohol use to prevent escalation to more statutory services.
