NLC’s housing stock represents one of the Council’s highest value assets and maintaining these homes to a high standard is essential for the authority to meet its statutory obligations and provide good quality homes in line with our council’s priorities. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our investment team.
The investment team plays a vital role in delivering various projects across our housing stock ranging from small specific projects through to large-scale refurbishment projects. Our focus is meeting the Energy Efficiency Standards for Social Housing (EESSH) and other requirements such as Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) compliance, delivering HEEPS.
The mainstream investment works include but are not limited to;
Heating replacement, window/door replacement, kitchen/bathroom replacement, electrical rewiring, water quality works, lead pipe replacement and various adhoc projects relating to the external fabric of a building.
