An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Development Manager (Fixed term) with Argyll & Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.
Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for the planning and delivery of all community based health and social care services for adults and children in Argyll and Bute. Our vision and objectives are that “people in Argyll and Bute will live longer, healthier, independent lives”.
This is a 6 month fixed term post which will focus on the development of our strategic lifespan approach to delivering services for members of our community with a Learning Disability and/or Neurodevelopmental need. You will work with internal and external stakeholders including extended partnerships, communities and people with lived experience.
You will design an implementable strategy that meets needs in a modern remote and island environment taking a person centred, equal opportunities approach.
We would invite applicants with strong relationship building skills and experience of developing a programme of work in a multi-agency environment. Experience of working in the programme areas would be highly desirable
