Your new company
Hays Social Care are working alongside a leading provider of care and support services to adults with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs throughout the United Kingdom to aid the recruitment for a peripatetic care manager across Gloucester.
You will work closely with their talented pool of Registered Managers across the South West to deliver on quality and business efficacy and to support the exciting business growth strategy.
Your new role
As a peripatetic manager you will be dynamic, confident and innovative in your approach to work as part of the operations teams to support current management in quality assurance, troubleshooting and attaining good or above CQC ratings.
Within this role you will be responsible for supporting and improving care services, including residential and supported living and working with the existing teams.
You will have in-depth knowledge regarding regulatory compliance and hold the skills to act as a role model for good care governance practice.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will assist in the completion of audits on behalf of the operations team. You will assist the regional manager in all aspects of quality improvement and business management including planning and undertaking corrective actions identified through both internal and external audits.
You will develop positive working environments and may be required to perform the role of a Registered Manager on a temporary basis during periods of absence of the permanent manager.

What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum.
