Particular Needs Officer – ABS39175 Part Time

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team to support and enable Independent Living across Aberdeenshire.  
This will require a comprehensive understanding of particular needs client groups, collaborative working with Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership and other partners, as well as the ability to plan strategically. 

The primary purpose of this post is to develop, implement, and monitor the Independent Living priority within the Local Housing Strategy (LHS) and associated strategies and plans.  The main focus of which is to drive the delivery of housing solutions and appropriate support to enable Independent Living across the various particular needs client groups.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
