Your new role
The main purpose of the job is to effectively manage and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active IRIS domestic abuse service for victims and their children, including those at highest risk as well as effectively motivate, develop, and performance manage a team of IDVA’s across the borough of Bromley.
The project works to link primary health care professionals with their local domestic abuse service, by offering a free and in-depth training package to GP surgeries. The team works closely with the trained practices to offer ongoing support and guidance and support any patients experiencing domestic abuse who are referred to the team.
