Occupational Therapists needed to join the Housing Solutions Team within Sandwell MBC on a part time basis.

Your new role
The Housing Solutions Team require a Housing Occupational Therapist to join the team on a temporary basis to assist in the re-housing of people who are disabled or who are suffering a long-term medical condition. The role includes working alongside the Lettings Officers with a view to letting properties with major adaptations to those applicants who can make best use of the adaptations in-situ. The Housing Occupational Therapist will provide advice and support to the Housing Solutions Team and wider Housing Team when dealing with requests for an urgent medical priority. This role will require you to work from home at present. HCPC required and an enhanced barring DBS required. Candidates required asap and need to be readily available. This role is for 3 months to begin with and is for 17 hours per week.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need * Degree in Occupational Therapy * Current Occupational Therapist Registration
