Night Support Worker – Solihull Full Time

Adults- LD- Residential- Night- Solihull- £10.65 per hour

Your new company
Hays Social Care are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work in an adults residential setting based in Solihull. We work with fantastic providers who put the needs of their service users first, therefore, are looking for like- minded people to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting adult service users with learning disabilities . You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with the adults daily, promoting their own independence and helping them to live a fulfilled life.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be a successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate a genuine caring persona to help individuals. Having a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and experience in a similar setting is essential.
