What you’ll need to succeed

Are you already a Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential Home or a Team Leader looking for a new opportunity?

You will already have the skills and experience needed.

• Level 5 or similar in Health and Social Care
• Children’s Residential experience
• Excellent OFSTED knowledge
