We are now reaching the next stage of our exciting project and would like you to join us in our Housing Innovations Project!
This post is available on a temporary basis as part of the project team involved in the developing and implementation of the new Housing Management System. It is expected that the post will be for a period of 12 months – subject to the progress of the implementation project.
Reporting to the Core Workstream Lead you will be responsible for the module, process or set of processes related to core services – system administration, alerts, hierarchies and customer relationship management.
You will promote a positive attitude and culture within the project and staff teams, demonstrating quality management and customer focused services as the common theme.
The role involves liaising with Supplier, Project Manager, Supplier Consultants and the end users, in relation to the Core module and its associated processes.
Experience within a local authority in regards to provision of council housing and associated services is essential as well as experience of subject matter area and related information management systems.
You must have effective IT, communication, letter and report writing skills with the ability to make decisions using your own initiative.
You must also possess the ability to organize your own workload and work to deadlines; and be able to work within a multi-function team.
HNC / Diploma in Housing/relevant equivalent is essential or you must be willing to work towards if not already in possession of.
